Stephen brings with him a wealth of experience in post-surgical orthopaedic and sports rehab as well as chronic pain. With a special interest in neck and lower back pain, he is always ready to go the extra mile for his clients. He is constantly updating and improving his techniques with the latest research and development. Stephen is well versed in the McKenzie method for back pain and is certified to practice segmental and dry needling. Stephen's holistic and biomechanical approach to treatment will have you sorted well after the last treatment session.
Jasmine comes from a background of Exercise Sport Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy from Sydney Uni. She has built up her physiotherapy experience working across the aged care, NDIS mobile and community and private practice sectors.
Being a keen competitive dancer and soccer enthusiast herself, she has an invested interest in musculoskeletal rehab focusing on flexibility and strengthening.
Will has been working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSAM) for over 10 years.
He is proficient in all areas of Exercise Physiology; however his specialty lies diagnosing the biomechanical cause behind every musculoskeletal condition.
Will takes an evolutionary approach to movement and fitness. He focuses on optimizing human performance and combating the negative effects placed on our physical health by the modern world.
As a human movement specialist, and a certified instructor for the Functional Range Condition system, he works with all types: from elite athletes to the general population, to WorkCover, and patients with disability.
Ashleigh is a bright and welcoming receptionist whom just finished her High School Certificate. She has great communication skills and always makes our clients visits easy and pleasing. As a receptionist Ashleigh takes bookings with high efficiency and interacts with all customers with her outgoing & enthusiastic personality.
